DUE TO THE RISING COSTS IN FREIGHT AND FUEL -- WE REGRET
WE CAN NO LONGER SHIP ORDERS PRE-PAID.
When ordering, please include your full address, postal code and telephone number. ALL CLAIMS for damage or loss must be made against the carrier, so PLEASE check all of your shipments closely at time of delivery and mark delivery slip and have driver sign name.
* Shipments are via Canada Post or Fedex Ground. Freight costs depend on the weight of the shipment
* Returns of unused products are at customer cost and are subject to 20% restocking fee.
* Foundation is non-returnable unless our error.
* We cannot offer delivery of foundation and candlewax during the cold weather.
* All incoming freight is F.O.B. - METCALFE, ONTARIO
